Think of Lartington Hall not as a hotel but as your very own private countryside hideaway.
Lartington Hall is a grade 2* listed country house, which in addition to its beautiful landscape, famous statues and setting, has an important heritage and association with famous architects & historical figures such as Ignatius Bonomi and Joseph Hansom, who invented the Hansom Cab for which he is famous, whilst working at Lartington Hall. That is why our entrance today is still the fabulous Greek Temple Porte Cochère & carriage platforrm.
Lartington Hall is a special place and it is yours, and yours alone, for the duration of your stay. You even get your own butler. Located in rural Teesdale, 2 miles from the vibrant market town of Barnard Castle, Lartington Hall is in the perfect location for a unique country house experience.
